The Brief
AARAS's very first school. The relationship began on day one of AARAS's history, delivering hands-on workshops with a handful of LEGO® Simple and Powered Machines sets to around two dozen students. Since then it has grown into a multi-year, weekly program.
What We Delivered
Scratch coding and primary robotics for Stage 2 and Stage 3, alongside professional development for staff. The school had already invested in LEGO® robotics kits but wasn't sure how to deploy them, and teachers who'd completed external training still lacked confidence to teach it themselves.
On The Ground
AARAS's team-teaching model built that teacher confidence and got the school's existing equipment into weekly use, rather than starting from scratch.
